  • Craft event schedules, manage client details and confirm all expectations with vendors.

  • Maintain well-documented, accurate, organized and up-to-date records.

  • Serve as on-site day-of coordinator for events, act as the “go-to” person for all vendors and at the venue on location.

  • Liaise on the floor between front of house service staff and back of house culinary team to ensure a timely, successful event flow.

  • Leverage existing relationships to increase event success and meet targets.
